DINING CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your dining booking, you will be given the option to reschedule for another date.
We require 48-hour notice of any number changes to bookings. Extra numbers under 48 hours notice will not be accepted to dine as seating is limited.

If we receive less than 48 hours’ notice of a reduction in booking numbers, we offer a $50pp refund to Luxe High Tea and $29pp for Petit and Chocolate High Tea for a reduction in number. The remainder is kept to cover food prepared, this will still be served to your group.
If you are wishing to increase your numbers in your booking, we require 48 hours’ notice to ensure we can accommodate seating and catering as all our food is freshly made.
Bookings of 11+ people: the deposit is refundable up until 7 days before your booking.
Last-minute bookings are non -refundable.

Vouchers purchased after 1 Nov 2019 are valid for 3 years. If your voucher code isn’t working please call us to book in manually
