DINE IN HIGH TEA
Do I need to book online?
High Tea sittings are required to be pre-booked and pre-paid in advance at our dine-in high tea packages booking portal here.
To avoid disappointment, we suggest booking 1-2 weeks in advance.
What are the minimum and maximum number of guests for High Tea?
Minimum: 1 person, or just dropping in for a cup of tea and a scone, we will have a seat for you.
Maximum: 30 seated, cocktail party 35-40 standing.
Do you offer takeaway on food I can’t eat at the booked sitting?
Many of our items are temperature sensitive (think cream and refrigeration) in the interest of your health we don’t offer this. The exception is made for items like cookies, macaron, scones and specially ordered birthday cakes which are packaged in a chiller bag.

CANCELLATION POLICY
What’s your High Tea cancellation policy?
- If you do need to cancel your booking, you will be given the option to reschedule to another date.
- We require 48hr notice of any number of changes to bookings. Extra numbers without 48hr notice will not be accepted to dine as seating is limited.
- If we receive less than 48hr notice of reduction in numbers, we offer a $29 refund to Luxe High Tea and $29 for Petit High Tea. The remainder is kept to cover food prepared, this will still be served to your group.
CHILDREN
Do Mamor cater for children?
Mamor is designed as a playground for adult dining and entertainment and as such the environment of vintage materials and delicate bone china isn’t child-proof. It is a place where you’d want to come relax without worrying about your child accidentally breaking the exquisite table setting or smudging chocolate, crayons, vomit on lush velvet surroundings. There are some fab venues that do accept children, but sadly for those wanting to bring small children here, we are not one of them. We therefore have a strictly no children under 12 years old policy, with the exception of newborns in a handheld carrier only as prams are not advised due to our limited space in the salon.
We are a small business so unless you are willing to pay for all charges of damaged property, delicate vintage materials AND loss of business due to having repairs or refurbishment upfront, we would prefer that you honour this simple policy, so you can relax and enjoy your dining experience stress-free.
And just to make this really clear, a friendly reminder that No is a complete sentence, please don’t ask us again after you’ve read this, as you’ll be barking up the wrong tree 😉
